This agreement is applicable during your programme of coaching.

Number of sessions

Your programme of coaching is comprised of:

• First session: one hour & 30 minutes
• Second session: one hour
• Third session: one hour
• Fourth session: one hour
• Fifth session: one hour
• Sixth session: one hour
• Seventh session: one hour
• Eighth session: one hour

Fees

The fee for your coaching programme is £1,800 (VAT is not applicable).

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, or reschedule an appointment, please contact your coach via email or by phone on 023 8111 2390. We would be grateful if you can give 48 hours’ notice if this is the case, or we may have to charge you for the session.

Services

You will be provided with coaching services to help you make a decision about which career path to take.

Coach Training

We warrant that the coach you have been assigned is fully trained (their full qualifications can be seen on the ‘About’ page of our website.

They commit to supporting you to the full extent of their ability and by using appropriate coaching tools and methods. However, we make no guarantee that coaching will work for your circumstances and you will not hold us responsible in full or in part for any failure to achieve your goals.

GDPR

 The content of all coaching sessions is confidential. You may request a copy at any time of any notes made by your coach within coaching sessions.

Coaching Log Consent

As part of the requirements for further coach accreditation with coaching bodies (e.g. The International Coaching Federation), our coaches are required to keep a coaching log, detailing number of hours spent with each client, duration of the coaching programme and the client’s name and email address. The relevant coaching body may wish to email you to confirm that your coach has worked with you for the hours stated in the coaching log. By agreeing to these conditions you are also giving your consent to us adding your details to your coach’s coaching log.
